Q: Does your boss keep on someone totally unsuitable and unreliable?
Such as a former crack-addict, kicked out of her home at age fifteen, who uses massive amounts of pot and alcohol every night, drinks at work, wanders around doing nothing most of the shift, swears and yells in front of customers, expects others to do most of the cleaning and food prep, gossips all the time viciously, threatens other people, has caused people to quit, has been accused of harassment, is an insomniac, may have undiagnosed cancer and bleeding but refuses pain relief and treatment, skips shifts, calls you in to cover hers, write strange ‘loveletters’ to you about a nonexistent relationship, ignores customers, viciously criticizes them for asking for something as simple as chili sauce, a fingerbowl or extra rice, and suffers from uncontrolled manic-depression. Oh, and the management sympathizes with her and some of the others take her side.
Also an insomniac who won’t get help for her sleeping disorder and obsesses over work all the time at work and after work and won’t go home for two hours after work and shows up an hour early. Can’t be alone.
It is not that I blame or hate her. I just want her gone. I gave in my notice last night. I have had enough. She loves to focus on me, can’t say why, but enough is enough. After a discussion with the boss, I suggested if he wouldn’t fire her, he should at least question his blind loyalty to her and keep an eye on her. I may leave, but this has happened with other people so it affects staff turnover. Tired of it and the restaurant industry in general.
A: She is an insomniac because of the drugs she does. It is people like this that have all the rights in a work place these days. One CANNOT fire them as they will be hit with law suits from every lawyer there is. The ACLU will BE the first in line to defend her as they are the ones who these kind of *people* turn to. I use the term *people* lightly by the way.
Q: Can someone tell me where the “CAGS” Plug is on a 1994 corvette?
Im to the point where I hate the Computer Aided Gear Selection (Or CAGS) on my 1994 corvette. I ordered a Skip shift elem the other day, But it was back ordered and going to take a few weeks to get here.
My question is: Where is the wireing plug located at? Im sure it plugs into the transmission, But can I get to it from under the shifter boot or does the car need to be put in the air?
If someone could tell me right where it is located that would be great!
Thanks
A: It is on the drivers side of the transmission near the top. The car does need to be jacked up to see it. Look for blue and white wires going into it. The harness connector has a little wire clip on it that has to removed before disconnecting it. The place you ordered the eliminator kit did inform you that the 1-4 shift light on the dash will still be lit right? But now the computer won’t force the shift and the computer will not show any error codes.
Q: How do I use skip shift on a 95 camaro z28 6 speed. Thanks?
A: You don’t skip shift is a solenoid that is in the transmission and pushes the shifter over to forth gear when you shift out of first gear when you have the engine revved up high and aren’t accelerating hard it is there to force you to get better gas mileage. It is controlled by the engine’s computer.
